Ingredients:

  • 1 quart jar

Brine:

  • 1 cup of vinegar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar



Instructions:

  1. Place the quartered cucumbers, 1 tablespoon of dill, garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of mustard seed, and 1/2 teaspoon of peppercorns into the quart jar.

  2. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of vinegar, 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of sea salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Bring to a boil until everything is dissolved.

  3. Let the brine cool to room temperature, then pour it into the jar with the cucumbers and spices.

  4. Seal the jar and refrigerate for 48 hours.

  5. After 48 hours, your pickles are ready to enjoy—crisp, flavorful, and delicious!
