I grew a lot of garlic that formed garlic scapes here I my Zone 5 garden. What is a garlic scape? When do you harvest garlic scapes? When to harvest garlic Scapes? We have organic hardneck Chesnok garlic grown from garlic cloves that formed scapes which are ready for harvest. However, I’m not harvesting them all! Find out why.
